Optimizing Liquid Rocket Engine Cascade Cooling Structure Prototyping
While developing a next-gen high thrust-to-weight ratio engine, the client faced ultra-high temperature and extreme fluid pressure challenges. POAO's R&D engineering team directly intervened, using the latest DMLS metal 3D printing technology with Inconel 718 alloy to monolithically print a complex cascade that originally required 15 brazed components, cutting weight by 20% and successfully passing hot-fire tests.
Mass Production of Orthopedic Precision Surgical Robot Multi-Axis Arms
To ensure surgical end-effector positioning accuracy at the sub-millimeter level, the GD&T requirements for the robotic arm connecting parts were extremely strict. POAO's 5-axis machining center used custom tools and constant-temperature machining processes to achieve a ±0.005mm fitting tolerance via full duralumin milling, completing pre-sterilization ultrasonic cleaning and sealed packaging in our ISO Class 7 cleanroom.
